Welcome to BrandSchool. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrandSchool website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by BrandSchool Inc. ("BrandSchool," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Membership and Eligibility

BrandSchool is an exclusive network for executive marketing and brand leadership.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the BrandSchool admissions committee.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

2. Code of Conduct

As a member of the BrandSchool network, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary playbooks, benchmarking data, and peer insights shared within the closed network.
  • Engage respectfully with other members, instructors, and staff during live summits and online forums.
  • Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Certain features, including the Certified Brand Builder™ program and Live Summits, require payment of fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BrandSchool Inc. and its licensors.

  • Our trademarks, methodology (including the Certified Brand Builder™ curriculum), and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BrandSchool.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Code of Conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BrandSchool Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
